Commercial Litigation Associate – Quarles & Brady
Quarles & Brady LLC is seeking a litigation associate to join their Commercial Litigation practice in the Chicago office. The role involves handling complex commercial disputes, managing discovery, and appearing in state and federal court.

Responsibilities
Handling complex commercial disputes, including contract, business tort, and trade secret litigation
Managing discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, and conducting depositions
Appearing in state and federal court, including trial preparation and support
Familiarity with Illinois procedural law and Cook County court systems
Working directly with clients on case strategy and counseling
Qualification
Required
3-6 years of experience in litigation
Experience researching, drafting and arguing motions in civil disputes in Illinois state and federal court
Experience responding to subpoenas and managing high-volume discovery
Interest in Illinois federal and state trial work
Strong research and drafting skills
Handling complex commercial disputes, including contract, business tort, and trade secret litigation
