New Grad, Entry LevelGlobal Pacific Support is seeking driven and ambitious Sales Development Representatives to join their team on a commission-only basis. This role involves leveraging sales skills to create and qualify leads while enjoying the flexibility of working independently in the marketing sector.

Responsibilities
Identify and research new sales leads through various channels
Engage with potential clients via cold calls, emails, and social media outreach
Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining the suitability of our services
Set up calls or meetings between potential clients and the sales team
Track all interactions and maintain an organized database in our CRM system
Collaborate with marketing to align outreach efforts with campaigns
Provide insights and feedback to help refine our sales processes
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a commission-driven environment
Exceptional communication skills for building relationships with prospects
Strong research and lead generation abilities
Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a desire to exceed targets
Adept at managing time effectively and working independently
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in a relevant field is advantageous
