Senior Sales Operations Manager
RepeatMD is a leading B2B SaaS company in the Aesthetics and Wellness Industry, serving over 4000 practices across the United States and Canada. The Senior Sales Operations Manager will build a scalable, data-driven sales engine, focusing on operating cadence, forecasting accuracy, and AI/BI-powered insights to enhance productivity across SMB and Enterprise motions.

Responsibilities
Own the sales operating rhythm: weekly forecast, pipeline reviews, monthly and quarterly business reviews
Define and enforce stage definitions, rules of engagement, and data standards
Improve data foundations: enrichment, match and dedupe, SLAs, list governance so reps work clean queues with full ICP fields
Maintain ICP, TAM, and whitespace; publish coverage and penetration by segment and territory
Deliver channel attribution with cost, volume, conversion, and payback; share weekly trend call-outs
Automate outbound data ops: list builds, validation, routing, alerts, rep-assist signals
Reconcile bottom-up and top-down forecasts; instrument early-warning indicators and flag risks early
Lead the AI and automation charter: identify, pilot, and scale agentic workflows across enrichment, targeting, messaging assistance, and follow-up
Translate business needs into requirements; run UAT with BizTech; align with Marketing, Finance, and CX on handoffs and definitions
Build executive-ready dashboards and narrative readouts that drive decisions
Qualification
Required
5+ years in Sales Operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
Proven ownership of forecasting, pipeline governance, and performance modeling
Track record of process improvement and automation with measurable impact
Experience supporting SMB and Enterprise motions
Executive-ready communication and strong cross-functional influence
Salesforce fluency: requirements, data model, reporting, UAT, best practices
AI and automation: hands-on with agents and workflow orchestration; measures ROI and scales wins
Data and BI: Tableau or Metabase; comfort with SQL and basic statistical methods
Sales stack: Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Chili Piper, HubSpot with knowledge of HubSpot to Salesforce data flow
