As a Service Technician/Advisor, you will troubleshoot bike repairs, provide customer service, and support the Service Manager in maintaining high standards of service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot repairs and service all kinds of bikes on the spot
Install accessories customers select for their new bike
Build relationships with customers
Support the Service Manager when they are not available
