Responsibilities
Define and deliver a compelling roadmap to ensure customers have the structure they need to power their end to end workflows
Synthesize input from customers, user research, data science, and business partners, ensuring we are continuously investing in the right ways to structure work, and shifting quickly when an area is no longer leveraged
Balance multiple workstreams to ensure you are making continued progress across the entire custom fields & types platform
Partner closely with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success to co-create a cohesive end to end journey and execute on the roadmap with velocity
Collaborate across the R&D organization to support other R&D teams in utilizing the custom field & types platform to achieve their goals
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with at least 1-2 years experience on B2B SaaS
Customer-centric: You spend time directly with customers to understand their nuanced challenges and synthesizing research to identify and solve problems
Communication and collaboration: Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, clarifying complex concepts and writing precise product specifications. You pair effectively with design, engineering, and our business teams
Systems thinker: Think systemically, creating solutions that simplify complex use cases for customers
Strategic: Provide strategic insights and create intuitive connections within the custom field & types features and platform to address critical customer issues
Get Stuff Done: Execute projects with high velocity, breaking them down into MVPs and iterative stages for impactful delivery
Grow Team Asana: Foster team morale and share best practices in product management
