Responsibilities
Lead and support the implementation of API integrations between HRIS platforms (Workday, ADP, or UKG) and internal/external systems
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful system integrations
Manage testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of integration-related issues
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across all systems involved in group benefits processing
Qualification
Required
Experience in HRIS, business systems analysis, or HR tech integration roles
Proven experience implementing or managing APIs in Workday, ADP, or UKG environments
Strong understanding of group benefits (health, dental, vision, life, disability)
Background working with insurance carriers or benefits platforms
Bachelor's (Required)
API Integration: 5 years (Required)
HRIS platforms: 5 years (Required)
ADP: 5 years (Required)
Workday: 5 years (Required)
Business system Analysis: 5 years (Required)
Preferred
Familiarity with EDI formats, data mapping, or file-based integration methods
Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as HIPAA or ANSI X12 standards
Experience working in insurance, healthcare, or benefits administration environments
