Qualification
Required
PhD in microbiology, clinical laboratory science, infectious diseases, or a closely related life-science field
Expertise in bacterial, viral, fungal, and parasitic pathogens
Knowledge of clinical diagnostics
Understanding of host–pathogen interactions
Familiarity with antimicrobial resistance
Experience with infection control
Knowledge of hospital microbiology
Ability to converse with the model on real-world clinical microbiology scenarios
Ability to verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
Ability to capture reproducible error traces
Ability to suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
Clear, metacognitive communication skills
