Director, Advanced Analytics

Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership to senior client partners and partners to design, prioritize and implement strategic projects to improve marketing investment and improvement of analytical maturity
Lead development and presentation of advanced analytics solutions and long-term analytics project roadmap to address client’s business and marketing needs, that are also critical to DTAI’s long-term success
Partner across the DTAI teams to create and maintain a robust data infrastructure for seamless organization
Actively share knowledge with client and internal teams regularly regarding derived insights and results to impact business needs and further growth
Enhance and improve frameworks and methods to address client and industry strategies including the integration of digital media and customer analytics to increase performance
Drive the use of analytics forward thinking across the organization
Manage and/or mentor Associate Director, Manager, and Senior Analyst level contributors, including managing the prioritization and allocation of resources across projects and teams across defined client portfolio
Be seen as a leader with vision with the client, at Infinite Roar and across the industry, in the AdTech/MarTech space, with special emphasis on data science and generative AI / LLM applications in the industry
Identify organic growth opportunities and craft meaningful proposals for clients to improve their data strategy as it relates to ad spend
Actively participate in industry learning. Regularly meet with internal partners and vendors to POVs and materials are up to date and translate these materials into meaningful client-facing materials to support learning, evangelism and advocacy for Infinite Roar
Qualification
Required
8 to 10 years of experience in digital media, ad technology or business consulting using data and information to drive marketing recommendations
5+ years managing relationships across complex hierarchies and demonstrated ability to directly influence both internal teams and clients. Manage and motivate the team with excellence in a high-growth and fast-paced environment
Degree or equivalent experience in marketing or quantitative subject area such as statistics, mathematics, or economics
Strong knowledge of one or more analytics subject areas including Predictive Modeling, Marketing Mix Modeling (digital; TV, radio, OOH, etc.), Attribution sciences and the implementation of large language model based applications across the tech-stack
Strong experience with R, Python or other similar statistical and machine learning tools
Strong consulting experience. Ability to quickly evaluate complex client issues and demonstrate experience in solving client's business challenges with data-driven strategy and analytics solutions
In-depth knowledge of ad and marketing technology, including media buying, multi-channel measurement and media planning, creating cross-channel measurement frameworks and learning agendas, as well as breadth of knowledge on ad servers, dynamic creative optimization, OLV/CTV + Linear measurement, ad verification, customer data platforms, identity resolution solutions, DSPs, etc
Experience successfully managing multiple clients and/or brands across a variety of third-party marketing measurement technologies and platforms
Excellent oral, written and client presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling data-driven narratives and curiosity about story-telling. Hands on experience translating complex concepts for both technical and non-technical partners is required
Embody a can-do attitude, and a 'figureoutability' mentality
Preferred
Start-up experience (or commensurate entrepreneurial experience) strongly preferred
Deep understanding and experience based point-of-view on best of breed technology tools for BI/Data Analytics, Martech, Adtech, CDP, CRM, etc. preferred
Previous agency-side experience preferred
Familiarity with the following is a plus: Web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.), Surveys (Lucid, Millward Brown, Nielsen, etc.), Competitive monitoring tools (Nielsen, comScore, Kantar, Pathmatics, Competitrac, Numerator, etc.)
