DutchWare is a company that designs and manufactures innovative, high-quality hammock camping gear. They are seeking a detail-oriented Laser & Dye Sublimation Operator to operate and maintain print shop equipment, ensuring quality and precision in producing custom fabrics for outdoor gear.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain large-format sublimation printers and heat presses

Prepare materials for printing, including loading rolls of fabric and aligning artwork files

Monitor print quality and perform color checks to ensure consistency and accuracy

Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and perform routine maintenance

Cut, label, and organize printed fabric for production use

Work closely with the production and design teams to meet deadlines and uphold quality standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

Qualification

Required

Basic computer skills and familiarity with design or RIP software a plus

Ability to lift rolls of fabric and materials up to 50 lbs

Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
