The Customer Success Associate will be responsible for event planning, deployments to customer sites, technical sales support, and issue resolution, all while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities

Plan all the details (logistics, supplies, schedules, etc.) for customer / investor events

Travel to customer sites. Boots on the ground to make sure everything goes smoothly

Work directly with Chief Revenue Officer. Can field technical customer questions about our technology. Ideal candidate has background and knowledge of logistics / warehouse space

Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams
