Responsibilities

Operate monthly closings, which include consolidation and reporting of the consolidated accounts under GAAP within an HFM environment
Prepare the P&L, Balance sheet and Cash flow statement analyses that explain the Group financial position and provide them to the Group Controller and the Group CFO
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of Constellium’s financial data
Support the business and reporting units on accounting and reporting topics and you coordinate with the other departments (Technical accounting, Tax, Treasury, External Reporting, FP&A). You may have to travel to sites and HQ as necessary
Lead and monitor corporate accounting processes to produce the financial statements and you drive the continuous improvement of our financial closing, consolidation and reporting processes and tools
Liaise with our external auditors at each quarter end

Required

Master's/Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance required
4-6 total years of professional experience required, ideally as an auditor in Big 4 Public Accounting; experience in a corporate consolidation function is a valued addition
Solid understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Standards (US GAAP) and/or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Excellent analytical aptitude with a proven ability to analyze/interpret complex data and concepts including financial statements
Team player with good written and verbal communication skills who can work in project mode
Capable to support the accounting positions and judgments to our management and to our external auditors
Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Demonstrates a high level of accountability, energy, and resilience in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Knowledge of a market leading Consolidation System (i.e HFM or BFC) is a plus
