Responsibilities

Build flexible routing for AI-powered approval workflows that customers can configure in natural language
Develop an intelligent collections agent that automates the workflow for chasing late payments
Scale billing infrastructure for increased throughput, rethinking storage strategies and handling load efficiently
Design systems that process high-velocity event streams and make technical decisions balancing cost and performance
Build infrastructure that ensures reliability in revenue-critical operations
