The Senior Software Engineer (Agentic Systems) will drive the development of agentic capabilities for the Conversational Video Interface product, working closely with product and engineering teams to enhance user interactions with real-time systems.

Responsibilities

Jump into our existing CVI codebase and own the development and delivery of new agentic systems and features (ex: RAG, Memories, MCP, Async task management, job scheduling)
Help shape the future for how users interact with our real-time systems by partnering closely with our Research and Conversational Video Interface teams
Contribute across the full product stack as needed, including dipping into research
Work with the team to nail the observability and reliability of these systems

Required

You are fluent in Python and have great knowledge of open-source agent frameworks
You have deep experience building complex production-grade LLM-based agentic systems
You're comfortable out of your normal comfort zone and are willing to learn on the fly
You thrive in an ambiguous and fast changing space. The state of the art changes on a dime and you react fast
You bring a senior mindset: you set direction, own decisions, and get things over the finish line
You communicate the complex with incredible clarity and leverage your communication abilities to teach others

Experience with GPU management
Extensive experience with low level systems
Experience with decentralized systems
