Bridgestone Retail Operations, LLC is a leading provider of Off-The-Road and Mining tires and services. The Tire Tech 2 role involves performing tire services, repairs, and fleet inspections on customer vehicles, requiring strong technical skills and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotation, and repair for both automotive and commercial vehicles
Conduct fleet inspections at customer locations, identifying and reporting maintenance needs
Provide roadside tire service, including emergency repairs
Safely operate company vehicles to travel to customer locations
Assist with customer service at store locations when needed
Participate in training programs to stay updated on industry best practices and safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organized mobile service vehicle
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification

Tire service experienceCustomer service skillsPhysical staminaTeamworkCommunication skills

Required

Experience with automotive and commercial tires
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift and move tires weighing up to 250 pounds with or without mechanical assistance
Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks, work in various weather conditions, and perform physical labor
Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Successful completion of pre-employment drug test, physical exam, and background check
