Responsibilities

You’ll spearhead the editing process of our Youtube and Podcast channels, partnering with editors to cut all the fluff from the content, add visuals that bring it to life, and cut clips that capture the most epic moments
You’ll take the clips from episodes and build a full social media strategy and calendar that's designed to go viral
Whether it's launching our next course, coming up with visual identities for our new thumbnails, or A/B testing landing page conversion, you'll do it all

Qualification

Required

1-3 years of experience in content creation, media marketing, or traditional marketing
Experience managing a successful IG/TikTok/Youtube/LinkedIn channel
Experience producing short or long form content for internet media companies
Experience creating NON-VANILLA content or running social media at a fast-paced B2C, B2B, or media company
Understanding of social trends and what makes a great hook
Top 1% copywriting skills
Ability to turn sales concepts into short, punchy LinkedIn posts, short-forms, or carousels
Ability to learn new things quickly, especially related to sales
