Spearhead innovations in conversational AI, real-time sentiment analysis, omnichannel communications, and predictive analytics, leveraging utility-specific interaction data to train models for outage management, billing resolution, and crisis response
Architect fault-tolerant, API-first platforms that natively integrate with utility operational systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), and Kubernetes ecosystems for scalability during high-demand events (e.g., 500% call volume spikes)
Embed regulatory compliance (ADA, PUC mandates) and privacy-by-design principles into the platform, ensuring auditability, role-based access, and red-team testing for AI safety
Develop, alongside Montauk Climate, an initial sales pitch and MVP to be leveraged to forge partnerships with utilities/IoUs, and articulate technical value propositions to stakeholders (investors, regulators, customers)
Recruit and mentor engineers and additional senior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping

Proven track record in deploying AI solutions in regulated industries (utilities, healthcare, finance), with emphasis on compliance and scalability
