Responsibilities

Design, implement, and deploy LLM-based agents integrated into the Kognitos platform
Optimize multimodal information extraction from real-world enterprise data
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, business) to deliver impactful solutions
Ensure AI systems adhere to regulatory policies and deliver measurable business value
Stay at the cutting edge of AI research, incorporating the latest advances into Kognitos’ platform

Qualification

Machine LearningPythonML frameworksAgentic workflowsCloud platformsProblem-solving

Required

Educational Background: Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
Production ML Experience: Experience developing and deploying ML models (research, internships, or prior roles)
Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to address complex challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred

Exposure to agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, or reinforcement learning
Understanding of enterprise automation pain points in large-scale contexts
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed ML frameworks (Spark, Ray, Kubernetes)
