Responsibilities
You will be prototyping features based on customer requirements using python or go
You will bring demonstrated skills for two or more: AWS, Azure, GCP infrastructure, Kubernetes and Docker containers
You will work closely with Crogl Engineering to get the prototypes into the core product
This is a travel heavy role expect up to 50% travel
You will write documentation to communicate your work with customers and engineering teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience
Demonstrated skills for two or more: AWS, Azure, GCP infrastructure, Kubernetes and Docker containers
Experience with Python (must have)
Ability to write documentation to communicate your work with customers and engineering teams
5-10 years of experience in software or customer engineering roles with a strong emphasis on customer facing engagements
Preferred
Experience with Go, Typescript optional
Deep understanding of security operations use cases and workflows
Familiarity with deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
Effective communicator who can translate highly complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences with empathy and depth
Embed with strategic customers to understand their business challenges and technical requirements in detail
Contribute to the internal knowledge base, best practices and sharing insights gained from customer engagements to grow the Forward Deployed Engineering function from scratch
Proven experience building or supporting security products, with a deep understanding of security operations workflows
Hands-on experience with AI systems, machine learning models and agentic frameworks
Experience working on a security team
A track record of thriving in fast-paced, agile environments with continuous integration and deployment
