Build an AI-native compliance platform for regulated electric utilities
Automate evidence collection, anomaly detection, and audit preparation across 95+ NERC standards
Embed AI directly into utility workflows to cut costs and keep operators audit-ready
Qualification
Required
Domain expertise in utilities, energy regulation, or compliance SaaS
Track record of building products for regulated industries or critical infrastructure
Prior experience as a founder or early-stage operator who has worked through the messy middle of building something new
Strong technical instincts and ability to embed AI into operational workflows
Passion for transforming compliance into a strategic advantage
Ability to collaborate in North American time zones
