Senior Project Manager, M&A Integration
Loop is on a mission to unlock profits trapped in the supply chain and lower costs for consumers. As the Senior Project Manager, M&A Integration, you will drive the successful post-acquisition merger of newly acquired companies into Loop’s operational model, working cross-functionally to create and execute integration plans.

Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of end-to-end integration efforts for acquired entities, ensuring alignment with the strategic rationale and operational goals
Develop and manage comprehensive integration project plans, defining clear milestones, workstreams, KPIs, and risk mitigation strategies
Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Operations) to ensure timely delivery of integration milestones and resolution of interdependencies
Design and implement governance frameworks, including facilitating Steering Committee meetings with senior leadership and C-suite executives, providing clear and concise executive-level updates on progress, risks, and required decisions
Engage in due diligence efforts to understand strategic objectives and provide early assessments for integration planning and risk identification
Act as a liaison helping to manage cultural alignment and effective change management strategies
Track integration performance metrics and conduct post-integration reviews to capture lessons learned and continuously refine the M&A integration playbook
Manage project budgeting and resource planning for integration activities
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of professional experience in private equity, management consulting, corporate development, or strategic operations, with extensive experience in M&A integration leadership
Proven success in leading complex, cross-functional integration initiatives for M&A transactions
Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Highly effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and present to diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives
Strong analytical skills with a practical and structured approach to problem-solving, and the ability to define and track key performance metrics
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SmartSheet, Asana, or similar)
Preferred
MBA or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
