Responsibilities
Lead network design and planning with customers, turning their goals, constraints, and site realities into clear network designs and deployment plans
Set and maintain clear expectations with customers and internal teams, manage risks and tradeoffs, and keep projects on track
Develop and refine the standards, tools, and workflows that define how Meter deploys, so that future projects are faster, simpler, and more consistent
Look across deployments to spot patterns, use data to understand what is working or not, and work with Product and Engineering when changes to our platform or tools are needed
Qualification
Required
Experience in product and technical project management
Ability to build operational systems that scale from dozens to thousands of deployments
Strong communication skills to manage stakeholders effectively
Experience in network design and planning
Ability to set and maintain clear expectations with customers and internal teams
Experience in developing and refining standards, tools, and workflows for deployment
Ability to analyze data to identify patterns and improve processes
Strong customer relationship management skills
Ability to adapt tools and workflows for efficiency
Motivation to impact critical infrastructure positively
