Responsibilities

Develop and maintain integrations between legacy telephony systems and Aurelian’s cloud platform
Optimize the audio processing and metadata pipelines to ensure seamless, reliable data transfer and processing from on-premise systems to the cloud
Collaborate closely with customers and technical teams to understand unique system requirements and deliver robust solutions
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve integration and data flow issues in production environments
Contribute to the evolution of company architecture, ensuring scalable, mission-critical deployments for public safety

Required

3+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally with a focus on systems integration or telephony/audio processing
Strong experience working with telephony protocols, audio codecs, and data pipelines
Proficiency in backend development (Python preferred) and experience building integration bridges between legacy and modern systems
Familiarity with cloud-based architectures, real-time audio processing, and handling complex data flows
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced and evolving environments
