Responsibilities

Use feedback and reflection to develop self awareness, personal strengths and address development areas

Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in day to day compliance and consulting for a variety of entities including corporations, partnerships, pass through entities and Subchapter S corporations by: Applying technical skills with ASC740; Participating in client discussions and meetings and communicating a broad range of Firm services; Managing engagements by preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues; Creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members; and, Providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues

Required

Must be committed to obtain certification before being promoted to Manager. Certifications include: Certified Public Accountant, or Member of the Bar

Preferred

CPA or Member of the Bar
Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in day to day compliance and consulting for a variety of entities including corporations, partnerships, pass through entities and Subchapter S corporations by:
