Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for allied health professionals seeking new assignments
Build strong, ongoing relationships with candidates across various allied disciplines (e.g., radiology techs, surgical techs, therapists, lab professionals, etc.)
Provide excellent customer service by understanding and prioritizing each candidate’s preferences
Respond to new candidate inquiries and applications through our app, website, or other channels
Manage the hiring process from screening and interviewing to credentialing and job placement
Clearly explain pay packages and job benefits
Proactively build a pipeline of qualified allied health professionals for current and future roles
Promote opportunities through text, phone, email, and app-based outreach
Work through and resolve challenges quickly and professionally
Stay engaged with industry trends and actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and idea sharing
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a recruiter
Bachelor's degree required
You're goal-oriented and driven by success
You have strong communication skills and feel confident engaging by phone, email, and text
You're energized by solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment
You're comfortable working on-site with a team and collaborating daily
Preferred
allied health recruiting experience is a plus
