Responsibilities

Building and executing on a robust pipeline to meet sales targets
Identifying customer pain points and collaborating with the product team to inform future feature development
Utilizing sales tools to find, prospect, and qualify new leads
Conducting software demonstrations, managing contract negotiations, and closing sales
Fostering lasting relationships with top enterprises, industry partners, and small to mid-sized businesses across various sectors
Engaging in upselling opportunities and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction

Required

10+ years of experience in software sales, specifically targeting government contractors
Strong Portfolio of Contacts in the Government Contracting Space specifically with top 200
Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, lead identification and drip campaign emailing tools, SalesLoft, etc
A talent for innovative and customer-focused solutions, with exceptional communication skills and relationship-building ability
Demonstrated experience in sales with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Ability to work remotely, with a preference for candidates based in the DC, Virginia, or Baltimore area
Innovative, customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills
4 year degree required. Emphasis on relevant experience in software sales and government contractor engagement
