Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Go applications
Design and optimize database schemas and queries for scalability and performance
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently
Contribute to deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions
Engage in architectural discussions and implement best practices

Required

7+ years of professional software development experience with at least 5+ years using Golang
Strong expertise in production-level troubleshooting and debugging
Experience developing microservices architecture and event-driven systems
Experience with Distributed Systems Design
Hands-on experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) beyond basic queries
Exposure to DevOps and deployment pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD) with a proactive approach to infrastructure-related tasks
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
Experience working on medium-to-large scale distributed systems in production
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
High engagement, self starter with a problem-solving mindset

Preferred

Experience with finance, Crypto / Blockchain, health tech
Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, etc.)
