They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer for AI Tools to build and improve internal AI tools and create developer-facing experiences that enhance the use of PostgreSQL and agentic workloads.

Responsibilities
Building, maintaining, and improving internal AI tools that support teams across the company — from sales to support to engineering
Creating and contributing to open-source tools that help AI developers build agents with PostgreSQL and TigerData
Working closely with product, design, and other engineers to get from 0→1 fast — then ship improvements as we learn
Making decisions quickly (and pivoting when needed)
Bringing a product-minded lens to internal tools — your users might sit in the next Slack channel, but they deserve real UX
Qualification
Required
Are a generalist engineer with 5+ years of experience
Care about helping other developers build faster — you know a good DX is a force multiplier
Have used AI in production — to build agents, automate workflows, or prototype fast
Have solid backend skills (Go, Python, Postgres, etc.), but can jump into frontend if needed
Like to move quickly, take ownership, and figure things out without a 20-page brief
Are curious, humble, and default to action
