Responsibilities

We’re looking for someone to shape and grow the design function across both brand and product
Own the visual design of our products, mainly relating to end-to-end buyer and seller experiences on the marketplace
Create visually compelling sales and marketing materials (static and video) that will be consumed by hundreds of thousands around the country
Work closely with marketing and engineering to ship high-fidelity designs
Talk to customers and use data, research, and iteration to continuously improve user experiences
Help us build out our design team, and dive deep into areas that you find more interesting as we grow
Ability and willingness to work in-person in NYC

A creative designer comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-performance startup environment
Expertise in UX, with a deep understanding of user flows, interaction design, and usability
