Responsibilities

Recommends and justifies enhancements to Oracle products to meet very complex customer needs
Provides direction and mentoring to project teams
Ensures customer deliverables are high-quality and acceptable to the client by working closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations
Enables business development efforts by identifying and pursuing contract modifications and extensions
Manages the scope of large-scale projects, and accounts with varying levels of complexity
Accountable for monitoring adherence to scope / contractual delivery and financial commitments in accordance with the contract language
Works closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations
Accountable for task order financials, manages forecast to actual variances in alignment with KPI targets
Work with VA Contracting Officer for timely invoice processing
Manage and monitor Work at Risk Approvals
Initiate and manage 3 rd party supplier contracts
Proactively manage risks and issues, including externalization to VA
Monitor the project plan/ Integrated Master Schedule and ensure alignment with project progress
Lead Monthly Performance Management meetings with the client
Maintain strong client relationships with VA counterparts
Lead internal Project Management Reviews (PMRs) for assigned task order(s), execute Monthly Status Reports (MSRs)

Required

At least 6-10 years of total combined higher education and related work experience

Preferred

At least 1 year healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, business operations and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
At least 1 year people management, matrix management, project management or other indirect leadership work experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
