They are seeking a diligent and organized Permitting Analyst to expand and maintain their nationwide permitting and regulatory database by collecting relevant data from municipal and state agencies.

Responsibilities
Call and email municipal, county, and state agencies to collect regulatory and permitting data
Track progress and maintain organized documentation of outreach and findings
Review and upload official documents (ordinances, zoning codes, permit forms)
Use judgment to identify what information is relevant for permitting workflows
Work closely with analysts and team leads to close data gaps and clarify inconsistencies
Support quality control and data collection efforts across multiple regions
Qualification
Required
Diligent and organized professional
Ability to contact municipal officials
Ability to collect ordinances and permit information
Meticulous record-keeping
Comfortable talking to city and county officials
Persistent follow-up skills
Pride in accurate documentation
Enjoyment of research
Desire to contribute to cleaner, faster, more transparent permitting
Preferred
Experience in research, operations, or administrative roles
