Build, don't just execute. Partner with product managers, designers, and finance experts to influence what we build, not just how we build it
Drive impact. Own and deliver multiple high-stakes product initiatives from conception to launch

Qualification
Required
3+ years managing engineering teams at product-driven tech companies, with 5+ years in engineering
Strong cross-functional collaborator who excels at translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to move fast and deliver results in dynamic, high-growth environments
Recent hands-on experience with Kotlin, Java, or TypeScript and CI/CD practices
User-focused problem solver with a passion for building elegant, practical solutions
Continuous learner who loves mentoring others and elevating the entire team
