Responsibilities

Provide systems engineering support and real-time monitoring for enterprise platform solutions within the CYOC environment
Develop and maintain platforms to support management of COOP/DR, Change, Problem, Configuration, Incident, Knowledge, Event, and Maintenance IT Service Management (ITSM) tasks
Integrate and maintain IT Operations platforms, ensuring seamless operation and high availability
Design and develop automated dashboards and workflows for enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, MECM, SolarWinds, and PowerBI
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all IT infrastructure operations and processes
Perform shift work to guarantee 24x7 coverage and operational support
Support the automation of routine tasks to improve efficiency and reliability in IT operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement platform enhancements and resolve technical issues

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Computer Science
8+ years of experience in cybersecurity and vulnerability management for Government IT programs
At least one of the following certifications: GFACT, GISF, Cloud+, GCED, PenTest+, Security+, or GSEC
TS/SCI clearance
Can start with a TS clearance

Preferred

ITIL V4 Certification
Hands-on experience with enterprise ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, MECM, SolarWinds, and PowerBI
Strong background in automation, dashboard development, and workflow optimization
Experience supporting 24x7 operations, including shift work
Proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation for IT infrastructure
Familiarity with government IT security standards, COOP/DR, and IT operations best practices
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex system environments
Strong communication and teamwork abilities, especially in high-stakes or mission-critical environments
Experience integrating and supporting multiple IT operations platforms in large-scale enterprise or government settings
