Responsibilities

Own our north star metrics and make them go up and to the right
Find "aha moments" that turn users into paying customers & shape our dev roadmap
Build automated systems that tell us when something is wrong before our users do
Own our dashboards and tools and use them to make all of us data-driven
Build and run a killer A/B testing program for product & marketing initiatives

Qualification

SQLGCPPythonETL/data pipelinesData modelingAPI integrationsGrowth metricsA/B testingData governanceB2B SaaS experience

Required

Expert in SQL and query optimisation
Strong with GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub)
Hands-on with Chargebee and PostHog (event tracking, funnels, retention) and Grafana (dashboards, alerts)
Experience building and maintaining ETL/data pipelines (Airflow, dbt, or similar)
Proficient in Python or Go for data processing and automation
Skilled in data modeling (star/snowflake schemas, warehouse design)
Comfortable with API integrations for SaaS and internal data sources
Knowledge of growth metrics (activation, retention, LTV, CAC) and A/B testing
Experience with data governance and quality checks

Preferred

Background in B2B SaaS or developer tools
