Develop and execute a business plan to build and grow a specialty program
Act as a production underwriter, leveraging market relationships to drive profitable results
Partner directly with company leadership to secure carrier paper and bring the program to market
Lead underwriting strategy, pricing, and portfolio management for assigned lines
Build and strengthen broker and carrier relationships to expand distribution
Identify new product opportunities and strategic areas for growth
Qualification
Required
15–20 years of underwriting experience, ideally within Financial Lines, Management Liability, Cyber, Excess Liability, or Environmental
Demonstrated success in program development or launching new lines of business
Deep, established broker and carrier relationships
