Responsibilities

Defines annual marketing operations and communications priorities, and establishes the annual marketing plan and budget
Sets clear performance expectations and KPIs for the marketing team, aligning daily execution with monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives
Owns lead generation strategy through outbound campaigns, lead capture, and nurturing programs to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). Monitors and evaluates campaign performance, establishes benchmarks, develops reports, and tracks ROI
Oversees development of marketing communications content and assets across brands, including collateral, training tools, whitepapers, advertising, PR, social media, websites, videos, email marketing, and other sales enablement tools
Leads digital strategy for all websites, social media, and online channels across Operating Companies and brands. Oversees content strategy and development
Captures and analyzes market intelligence and voice-of-customer insights to inform business growth strategies and stay ahead of industry trends
Owns the global tradeshow strategy for the Operating Group — from objectives and space planning to exhibit design and execution — ensuring maximum engagement and ROI through pre-, during-, and post-show initiatives
Partners with Product Managers to support new product development and commercialization plans
Supports M&A integration activities, including onboarding newly acquired Operating Companies into marketing processes and systems

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
Minimum of 5-7 years of previous marketing operations & communications management experience
Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience
Experience with industrial marketing, channel marketing, or OEM partnerships
Familiarity with global marketing operations and multi-regional messaging
Understanding of technical or engineered product marketing
Previous experience with Marketo Marketing Automation Platform and a CRM system (Salesforce.com)
Travel approx. up to 25% for tradeshows, events and meetings
