In this role, you will ensure the proper function of complex building automation systems by executing work orders, conducting preventive maintenance tasks, and coordinating with technicians and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
Leads, directs, and teaches BAS system operators with solutions to systems problems, either troubleshooting the system or advise others on how to resolve problems
Diagnose and repair routine electronic control system malfunctions
Manage assigned work to meet professional execution, time, and customer satisfaction standards
Report problems or changes to management immediately
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience with building automation systems (BAS)
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electronic control system malfunctions
Experience in managing work to meet professional execution and customer satisfaction standards
Ability to lead and direct BAS system operators
Strong communication skills to report problems or changes to management
