Responsibilities

Cultivating and growing client relationships
Presenting Basis as a strong partner within your book of business
Achieving quarterly revenue goals
Taking a tech-first approach in helping agencies address their business and growth challenges
Cultivating and developing senior-level and c-suite level ICP client relationships
Creating consultative solutions that focus on direct business outcomes and ROI
Meeting and exceeding individual revenue and activity targets
Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Serving as an industry expert and thought-leader within the digital advertising space

Required

8 years of experience in digital AdTech sales
Professional network that includes established senior-level and c-suite level relationships at agencies with automated buying platforms
History of outstanding sales achievement and experience in structuring and closing large, complex deals
The drive to win and a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel
Commitment to creating inclusive, respectful environments where all voices are valued and supported
Thoughtful approach to collaboration, design, and decision-making that prioritizes equity, access, and continuous learning

Preferred

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
The ability to stay highly organized, optimistic, and coachable through quickly changing situations
CRM experience (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
Strong Preference for New York/New England Area
