Responsibilities
Drive the software development of our customer facing applications
Write high quality, maintainable and scalable code
Identify and troubleshoot issues
Instrumentation of experiment driven designs
Influence and develop our coding standards and best practices
Work closely with other engineers and dev ops to continuously improve our productivity
Continuously improve our data model as our product evolves
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Excellent communicator
Ability to work independently with a large degree of ownership
Intrinsically motivated by technology
Experience with Python/Flask, AWS, API Development, Spark, SQL
The motivation and flexibility to work well in a high-growth & dynamic environment
Preferred
Start up and fintech experience a huge plus
