Client Success Representative

The Client Success Representative will guide customers through the exploration of the GovSignals platform, conduct onboarding sessions, and ensure successful adoption while driving customer retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead initial exploration of the platform to ensure potential customers fully grasp and can apply the GovSignals platform to their processes
Conduct onboarding sessions for new customers, providing training and support on using the software for government capture, proposal writing, and compliance
Act as the main point of contact for customers during the exploration phase and onboarding period, answering questions and troubleshooting issues
Develop structured onboarding processes and materials to streamline customer education
Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Assist in the development of instructional materials and workshops for users
Leverage your understanding of government processes to help customers integrate GovSignals into their workflows
Maintain a high level of customer engagement and identify opportunities for upsell during the onboarding and exploration process

Required

Minimum 2 years of experience in government contracting, with hands-on experience in writing and managing proposals
Strong understanding of government RFP processes and compliance requirements
Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Outgoing, personable, and comfortable working with diverse teams and customers
Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with others

Preferred

3+ years of professional experience preferred
Experience in instructional or teaching roles is a plus, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly
Sales experience is a plus, with the ability to foster relationships and engage customers
