Mid, Senior LevelResolve AI is building Agentic AI that automates production engineering and SRE workflows. The Social Media Lead will manage content across various social channels, engage with the community, and drive brand presence in the tech industry.

Responsibilities
Own and manage the content calendar for LinkedIn, X, and emerging platforms (potentially Reddit, Substack)
Identify and jump on relevant industry trends to inject a bold Resolve AI perspective
Collaborate cross-functionally with Recruiting, Product, Sales, and Marketing to generate content from customer stories, product launches, culture moments, and thought leadership
Proactively engage in online discussions to build the brand’s presence and spark debate in the software engineering and AI community
Monitor conversations across platforms to find entry points for high-impact commentary and trend participation
Develop lightweight but high-quality assets (text posts, carousels, short-form videos, reels) that balance speed with creativity
Use AI tools and workflows to scale ideation, asset creation, and experimentation
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of growing engagement and impressions for a B2B SaaS or tech brand
Finger on the pulse of AI, software engineering culture, and broader tech trends—knows what's happening now
Creative urgency: able to turn ideas into live content within hours, not days
Skilled at fostering conversations, not just publishing announcements
Experience with AI-powered creative workflows (e.g., generating ideas, scripts, visuals)
Cross-functional collaborator who can work with leadership, engineers, and marketers seamlessly
Comfortable both creating original content and curating voices from the community
