Responsibilities

Support the development of documentation for the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBES) and Budget reviews
Assist the Program Office and the PEMs in assessing budget impacts, developing alternatives, and implementing results for Congressional, OSD, and Space Force program decisions pertaining to SSC AATS
Analyze executive-level budget and execution decision-making and management processes and relationships across the portfolio
Identify roadblocks, mitigation strategies, and changes needed to evolve the organizational structure to support the evolving Space Force vision
Identify technology tools and digital environment needs that will aide in effective transformation to implement the AATS strategic vision

Required

Minimum of 20 years of Program/Acquisition Management experience in the DoD/Space Force environment
Program Element Monitor (PEM) experience at the Pentagon
Proficient in the use of MS Office applications, i.e., MS Outlook, MS Teams, Zoom.gov, PowerBI, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Excellent communication, quantitative, and analytical skills
Applicant must be able to work in a team environment
Strong knowledge of the DoD financial, acquisition, operational, and project management processes and policies
Active Top-Secret Clearance
US Citizenship required
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences

Preferred

Launch and Range acquisition and execution experience is highly desired
Master's degree in math, Business/Economics, finance, accounting, engineering, or statistics, PMT401/402 or equivalent highly desired
