Responsibilities
Collect, review, and submit certified payroll reports for multiple construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
Maintain clear and professional communication with vendors and project teams to support timely resolution of accounting-related inquiries
Assist with weekly check runs, including invoice stamping, document scanning, and mailing of payments
Provide general support for the Accounts Payable process, including invoice entry and follow-up
Support Project Accountants with a variety of administrative and accounting-related tasks as needed
Organize and manage financial documents and records to ensure accessibility, accuracy, and audit readiness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
1+ years of experience in an accounting or administrative role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of initiative and strong problem-solving capabilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritize responsibilities
Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong attention to detail
Collaborative team player with a focus on supporting shared goals
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
