MRI Coil Engineer
Nudge is focused on developing advanced technology for brain interfacing to enhance lives. The MRI Coil Engineer will design and engineer RF coil arrays for MRI scanners, collaborate with various engineering teams, and oversee projects from concept to clinical trial deployment.

Responsibilities
Engineer high channel-count RF receive coil arrays that are integrated with a transcranial ultrasound device for state-of-the-art 3T human MRI scanners
Design and build pre-amplifier and scanner interface circuits for RF coil arrays
Evaluate and minimize electromagnetic interactions between transcranial ultrasound stimulation devices and an MRI scanner
Design and build active RF probes for localizing ultrasound devices inside an MRI scanner
Develop precise, high throughput, reliable test systems
Own designs from concept through prototyping to deployment in clinical trials
Work closely with mechanical engineers, software engineers, ultrasound engineers, and clinical operators
Qualification
Required
Strong engineering / physics first principles
Designed, constructed, and interfaced sensitive and robust multi-channel RF coils for high-field human MRI scanners (>= 3 Tesla)
Exceptional proficiency in ECAD and electromagnetic simulation software
Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar engineering discipline
Strong RF engineering fundamentals
Strong analog and digital fundamentals
Demonstrated history of exceptional technical contribution
Preferred
At least 3 years of industry or relevant post-PhD experience
