Responsibilities

Personalize Client Websites: Use your CSS skills to make our product look and feel right at home on client websites, ensuring everything is visually appealing and user-friendly
Enhance Functionality: Bring your expertise in JavaScript and HTML to add custom features and improvements, making our product even better for our clients
Client Communication: Partner with clients, understand what they need, and provide the right technical solutions
Database and CRM Integration: Set up and fine-tune database and CRM connections to keep data flowing smoothly and operations running efficiently
Tool Configuration: Adjust our in-house tools to fit client needs and ensure everything launches without a hitch
API Integration: Use REST APIs to connect our product with other services, boosting its capabilities
Data Processing: Work with data using Python, SQL, and JavaScript to turn raw information into clear and insightful presentations
Manage Projects: Juggle multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring top-notch results on time
Customer Support: Use Zendesk to oversee support tickets, providing quick and effective solutions to client issues

Qualification

Required

Solid experience in frontend development, especially skilled in CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Python, and SQL

Familiarity with database systems and CRM platforms, with the ability to set up and configure integrations
Experience with API integrations and making REST API calls
Proficiency in data processing using JavaScript, Python, and SQL and the ability to present data in a clear and concise manner
Exemplary organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities proficiently
Proactive, enthusiastic to learn, and ready to adapt to new technologies and tools
