Entry-Level Account Executive – High-Activity, Performance-Driven Sales Role
Klutch MFM is seeking an Entry-Level Account Executive to kick start their career in a high-activity, performance-driven sales environment. The role involves making outbound calls, managing a sales pipeline, and partnering with senior team members to grow and retain accounts.
Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls and conduct meetings with small and mid-sized businesses to understand their shipping needs and present solutions
Build and manage a pipeline, move deals through each stage, and consistently hit or exceed monthly activity and revenue targets
Learn the business, master our sales process, and partner with senior team members to grow and retain accounts over time
Qualification
Required

Strong desire to win
Ability to make high-volume outbound calls
Ability to conduct meetings with small and mid-sized businesses
Ability to understand shipping needs and present solutions
Ability to build and manage a pipeline

Ability to partner with senior team members to grow and retain accounts
Energized by a scoreboard with clear metrics and rankings
Handles rejection well and sees 'no' as feedback, not failure
Communicates confidently and asks good questions
Coachable with a strong work ethic
Preferred
Some sales, customer-facing, athletics, or competitive team experience is a plus
