The Senior Enterprise Solutions Engineer role is strategic and focused on accelerating enterprise growth through technical discovery, evaluation, and proof-of-concepts, working closely with sales to demonstrate Mintlify's value and address technical blockers.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery sessions with prospects to deeply understand their documentation workflows and pain points
Design and deliver demos and proof-of-concepts that highlight Mintlify’s value and differentiation
Partner with sales to shape deal strategy, address technical objections, and accelerate the sales cycle
Serve as the technical voice during evaluations, ensuring stakeholders (both technical and non-technical) are aligned
Gather and communicate prospect feedback to inform product roadmap and go-to-market priorities
Track and optimize pre-sales processes to shorten evaluation cycles and increase conversion rates

Required

Experience in pre-sales or customer-facing technical roles with a record of winning enterprise deals
Strong proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to prototype and tailor demos
Comfortable with prompt engineering to script, analyze, and showcase customer-specific use cases
Ability to translate technical depth into business impact for diverse stakeholders
Excellent presentation, communication, and project management skills — able to run multiple complex evaluations simultaneously
Strong eye for design and storytelling to make technical demos compelling and memorable

Preferred

Experience with RFPs, enterprise procurement cycles, or complex sales motions
