Farmers Insurance is seeking an Insurance Sales Team Member to join their growing team in Michigan. This client-facing role involves providing insurance solutions to individuals, families, and businesses while building long-term relationships and meeting production goals.

Responsibilities
Develop new business through outbound calls, referrals, and networking
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored insurance plans
Sell and cross-sell a wide range of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining long-term client relationships
Meet or exceed monthly production goals and performance metrics
Stay current on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and industry updates
Qualification
Required
Previous sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
Active Michigan Property & Casualty License (required)
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
A self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Active Michigan Life & Health License (preferred or willingness to obtain)
