Responsibilities
Translate sales forecasts and demand trends into purchase and inventory plans
Maintain targeted inventory days-on-hand (DOH) by product and vendor
Execute purchasing for Lozier and key vendors, managing lead times, pricing, and supplier performance
Monitor product velocity, seasonality, and demand shifts to optimize stocking strategies
Partner with Sales and Warehouse teams to align purchasing with customer projects
Track and report on key metrics such as fill rates, stock turns, and forecast accuracy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–4 years of experience in purchasing, inventory planning, or demand forecasting, ideally in a distribution or manufacturing environment
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Business Central
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
