Responsibilities

Leading technicians with troubleshooting and characterizing electrical based on data sheets and drawing specifications

Guiding technicians in developing test methods and techniques for electrical evaluation

Training quality specialists and technicians as required

Operating measurement equipment such as curve tracers, oscilloscopes, digital multi-meters, LCR meters, and other electronics equipment

Preparing, conducting, and documenting reliability testing, in collaboration with various engineers

Using X-ray systems and optical microscopes in support of component troubleshooting

Assisting fellow engineers with electrical and failure analysis

Qualification

Required

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or an Electronics Discipline

2-3 years of experience in electrical engineering or electrical analysis

Working knowledge of electronics failure analysis

Working knowledge of reliability testing methods

In-depth knowledge of analog and digital electronics and electronic circuits

In-depth knowledge of mechanical drawings, data sheets, specifications, and materials

Skilled with modern test equipment

Excellent problem-solving skills

Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills

Preferred

Familiarity with programming languages (C, C++, python, etc.)

Experience with computer equipment and operating systems
