Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team of electrical engineers, aligning talent with project needs

Ensure technical excellence through quality assurance and control of design documentation

Apply deep knowledge of electrical engineering to complex, multidisciplinary projects

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business

Oversee electrical design from concept through construction and post-occupancy

Research and specify electrical systems, components, and materials

Own team performance metrics including financials, utilization, and delivery

Mentor and develop staff, fostering a culture of growth and innovation
